Returns Policy

WEBSITE RETURNS POLICY

In accordance with UK distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days following delivery of your order and, if necessary, return the goods to us for a full refund. You must notify us in writing during this period of your intention to cancel by email. Should you wish to cancel your order, any goods supplied must be returned within 7 days of your notice to cancel. Providing the goods are returned in original condition with all packaging you will receive a full refund. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until received by ourselves, we offer a free-post returns policy using our free-post address only.

* Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

STORE RETURNS POLICY

Please note we do not give refunds. Full priced items can be exchanged or a credit note issued.

All goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Sale goods (including Black Friday Promotional items) can only be returned within 7 days of purchase.

Roulette is pleased to offer extended seasonal returns for goods purchased in-store between Saturday 11th November 2017 and Sunday 24th December 2017.
You can return these purchases for an exchange or credit note until Saturday 6th January 2018

FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM

If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail [email protected] quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Please allow 1 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirming this (the email will be sent to the same email address as your order confirmation email was sent). After receiving the return confirmation email, please allow a further 3-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.
