UNITED KINGDOM (UK)
At Roulette Clothing we offer free shipping on all orders to the UK.
Our standard delivery is by Royal Mail Recorded Service & Royal Mail Standard and will typically take 1-3 working days. There is no cost for this service regardless of the item value or number of items ordered. All orders are dispatched with full insurance against loss or damage. United Kingdom means any address with a valid UK postcode including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Channel Islands.
EUROPE (EU) - STANDARD DELIVERY
Our standard delivery is by Royal Mail Airmail using their International Signed For Service, and will typically take 5-10 working days. The cost for this service is a flat rate of £9.95 regardless of the value or number of items ordered. We currently ship to Albania, Andorra, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, and the Ukraine.
WEBSITE RETURNS POLICY
At Roulette Clothing we offer Free Returns to all our UK customers.
We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a fantastic shopping experience with RouletteClothing.co.uk however occasionally you may need to return an item.
You may cancel your order any time within Ten (10) working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. We will refund the price of the goods in full and will reimburse you for the delivery costs you paid except where multiple items have been ordered and not all of them are being returned. If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day you give written notice of cancellation.
To cancel an order, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the goods to us as soon as possible. The goods do not need to be in their original packaging however in a sellable condition, and at your own cost and risk.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

STORE RETURNS POLICY
If you don't like your purchase or it doesn't fit, simply return any non-sale item or items to our Queen Street store in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. Sale items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a credit note for use upon receipt and examination. Please note we do not offer cash refunds.

FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail Info@RouletteClothing.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Please allow 1 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirming this (the email will be sent to the same email address as your order confirmation email was sent). After receiving the return confirmation email, please allow a further 3-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.
Please be aware that when returning goods back to us we are not responsible for any postage charges.
