DELIVERY SERVICE
Another bonus for you our valued customer is that we use Royal Mail's Recorded Signed for service, orders placed between:
Monday and Friday (before 9.30am) will take - 3-4 working days
Weekend shoppers (Friday after 9.30am – Sunday) orders will be dispatched midday on the following Monday.
CUSTOMS
Customs Duties to the United Kingdom are paid for by Roulette Clothing, Any customs or import duties outside of the United Kingdom are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
To give you even greater confidence on our delivery to you, if you use our online contact form and provide us with your order number, we will send you back a link to the Royal Mail website – together with a unique tracking reference number.
