Our standard delivery is by Royal Mail Recorded Service & Royal Mail Standard and will typically take 3-5 working days. The cost for this service is £2.95 regardless of the item value or number of items ordered. All orders are dispatched with full insurance against loss or damage. United Kingdom means any address with a valid UK postcode including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Channel Islands.

FedEx Next Day Priority Service Over £50: -
We offer FedEx next day service which will arrive by close of business day, the cost of this service is free if spending over £50 per order up to the weight of 2kgs. To take advantage of the next day service we will require your order by 3pm at the latest, any orders placed after 3pm will be allocated to the next working day. Please select this option in the Shipping Method at the checkout screen.

*Please note, purchases made after 3pm GMT on Friday and during the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday

WORLDWIDE - INTERNATIONAL TRACKED

We Use FedEx Express International Tracked for items shipped worldwide, this service varies by country but will typically take 4 working days or less. The cost for this service is dependent on your country, please use the shipping calculator to view prices, this can be found on the checkout page.

We offer Free Returns to all our UK customers.

We do our best to ensure all our customers enjoy a fantastic shopping experience with us however occasionally you may need to return an item.

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.
