Retail Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will need to have experience of managing a team and knowledge of diverse business subjects such as sales, marketing etc. An effective store manager will also be able to motivate personnel to perform according to their maximum capacity. The goal is to manage our store in ways that boost revenues and develop the business.

Key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

- Organise and ensure the smooth running of store operations to maximise sales

- Motivate and guide staff towards maximum performance

- Monitor stock levels & deliveries of new collections. 

- Assist customers with any queries, feedback and concerns 

- Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise

- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays

- Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store

- Analyse sales and revenue reports and make forecasts

Skills/Requirements: 

-Knowledge of retail management best practises

-Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

-Excellent organising and leadership skills

-Commercial awareness

-Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles

-Minimum 1 year experience in a Managerial role

-BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field; MSc/MA is desirable

Buying Assistant Role

We’re looking for a Buying Assistant to join the Roulette Family!  Are you a highly motivated, creative, organised individual with retail experience and a willingness to learn?    

Key areas of responsibility will include but are not limited to

-Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities

-Assist the buyer and Director with ad hoc duties

-Analyse product analytics to gather data for orders, restocks etc.

-Communicate directly with customers and sales team

-Develop and provide the highest levels of customer service

-Providing customers with excellent product and brand knowledge

Skills:

-Well-organised with a customer-oriented approach

-Retail/Fashion based background 

-Competent copywriter

-Good understanding of retail and buying principles

-Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

-Excellent knowledge of Excel, Google Drive, 

-Exquisite communication and people skills

Requirements: 

-Interest in Menswear Fashion

-A-Levels

-BSc in Fashion, Buying, Business or relevant field. (Not required but would be a strong advantage)

-Retail experience: min 2 years 

(Candidates will need to be flexible as occasionally the role will require assistance with in house projects)
